Indian Lore Merit Badge
Today is a great day.
Even though it is raining, it is still a bright day--because the Robotics merit badge was launched.
I'm excited that this merit badge is out--combined with the Inventing released last year, and the quietly mentioned Game Design coming out in the next 18 months, I'm not sure how the Boy Scouts can be thought of as "old-fashioned".
Today I:
- Announced to anyone that would listen that the Robotics merit badge is LIVE!
- Commented to Scouting magazine on Facebook about why I volunteer for Scouting.
- Reminded the Scouts that we don't have any reason to suspect that there are outhouses near either of our campsites this weekend...Be prepared!
So, how do you get the good word about new merit badges out to your Scouts?
