100 Days of Scouting: Day 87

Today I:

Publicized the BSA's Immunization Exemption Form as best as I could.  This is to be used, where applicable, with the new medical form for camp.

Reviewed logistics with the C&O Canal Trust for the upcoming work day.

Finalized the logistics with the troop for the upcoming work day.

Discussed last minute details with two Scouts trying to hit Star for the Board of Review next Wednesday.

Working on Readyman with a Webelos Scout who wants to join the troop the second he is 10.5 years old.

Monitoring troop meeting tonight.  Elections are coming soon!

The sun is shining, and all is right with the Scouting world.  Mine anyway, how about yours?

Why are you waiting till he's 10.5? Once he gets his Arrow of Light shouldn't he join a Troop?

P.S. I just finished catching up with the last 86 days. Your blog rocks, keep it up!

Thanks for reading the other days! I'm anxious to get back to the Scoutsigns blog, too.

Feel free to start your own 100 Days, and you'll have lots of us reading along.

I probably could have said it better, regarding the 10.5. He won't finish the Arrow of Light requirements until, coincidentally, the meeting that falls on the 10.5 mark.

I double-checked the BSA reqs, too:

Thanks again!
