100 Days of Scouting: Day 33
Today I:
Advised parents of our backup plan in case weather becomes too severe tomorrow--I'd guess 80% chance of implementing it right now.
Drove 3 hours to our next segment hike of the C&O Canal. For half of our Scouts, this is a first time to be backpacking...
Advised pack, troop and crew of opportunity to participate in a local parade as part of a BSA Centennial section.
By the time you read this, we'll be experiencing a lot of rain and wind out in the woods tonight. Hope you stay dry while you are working on something today for Scouting!
